Chris Xerri is the Director of ProQM, a hub of inspection specialising in representing clients at their
nominated suppliers’ facilities, offering services including construction inspection and surveillance activities.
Chris is on a mission to ensure quality, compliance, and safety in all inspection and surveillance activities.
Leading a highly talented team, Chris has been instrumental in founding ProQM and guiding its growth into a
prominent player in the industry. Under his leadership, ProQM has become renowned for its innovative
project management strategies and commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients. Chris’ motivation
stems from his roots, kicking off his career in the Fitter and Turner trade, backed by qualifications in
Mechanical Engineering. He then took a leap into the construction arena, joining Thiess and engaging in
diverse projects. The pivotal move, however, occurred in 2013 when venturing into entrepreneurship, as he
founded his own business, ProQM. Fast forward to today, the highlight of Chris’ professional journey is where
he currently stands – leading the best surveillance team in Victoria. Chris and his team serve as the key
players in inspection and surveillance across all disciplines in the infrastructure sector. Being actively
involved in major projects throughout Victoria is immensely fulfilling to Chris, as ProQM continues to
contribute to and shape the surveillance landscape.
