Founded in 2013, ProQM has become a trusted leader in quality management, inspection and surveillance. Based in Narre Warren VIC and operating nationwide, we work closely with clients and suppliers to uphold the highest standards across projects that shape Australia’s future.
With NATA accreditation to ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO 9001 certification, ProQM is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality services backed by robust systems and continual improvement. Our experience spans major infrastructure projects including the West Gate Tunnel and North East Link, with more than 25 years of combined expertise across steel fabrication, precast concrete, coatings and civil works.
Beyond inspection and surveillance, ProQM has expanded its capabilities to include training, audit preparation, and safety management and compliance services. These offerings allow us to support clients more broadly, from developing internal systems and preparing for accreditation to strengthening workforce capability.

Chris leads a specialist team delivering inspection and surveillance services across infrastructure projects. He founded the company in 2013 and has grown it into a trusted provider in Victoria.
Kate Crowther
HSE Manager
Kate has over 13 years of experience in construction and has been with the company since its founding. She leads health and safety initiatives, including achieving NATA accreditation and promoting diversity through the Women in Construction program.
Benny Padula
Operations Manager
Benny oversees team scheduling and project coordination across key disciplines including welding, coatings, and precast. With over 20 years of management experience, he focuses on building strong team culture and client relationships.

Business Development Manager
