Supporting women early in their construction careers, ProQM offers our Women in Construction Technical Training Program.



This small-group training program works to provide women in construction with the technical and industry experience and knowledge they need to advance in their careers, and which they are unlikely to be exposed to in their day-to-day roles, through on-site immersion, educational sessions and networking opportunities that foster career growth.

The program will return at the beginning of 2025.
