Ahead of onsite installation, ProQM highlighted issues and proposed solutions to ensure compliance to the required standards and specifications. They also coordinated with site engineers and managed ProQM resources on site to accommodate the installation program, sign off hold points on time, and ensure there were no delays in production. Because of ProQM's thorough inspection and surveillance, no reworks were needed.
